  • Eligibility for Refunds

    • The product must have been purchased directly from IntellidentPro.com.
    • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date.
    • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper storage are not eligible.
    • Refunds are limited to one return per customer per product.
    • Repeat refund requests from the same customer may be denied at our discretion.

    Orders placed via third-party sellers are not covered under this policy—you must contact the original seller for assistance.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Include your original packing slip or a note with your name, email, and order number inside the package to ensure we can match the return to your account. Returns without identification may result in delays or be denied.

  • Processing Your Refund

    Once the returned product is received and inspected, we'll begin processing your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
